There's lots of things to do at the Zoo! Hoots and Howls is packed with fun for all ages! During the first three weekends of October from 10a.m. to 3p.m., you can cruise around on a pedal tractor, navigate a hay bale maze and have your face painted like your favorite animal. Sing along with their interactive DJ and take a ride on the Scare-o-cel. Visit Slitherin Snake Shed, enjoy a hayride around the Zoo, create a wild craft and hear a spooky tale in the lobby. Be sure to stop by the Zoo's Pumpkin Patch for a memorable photo opportunity. Their animals are joining in the fun by smashing pumpkins at scheduled times throughout the day.
Boo at the Zoo is three times this year - Saturday, October 24th; Sunday, October 25th; and Halloween on Saturday, October 31st. They have plenty of treats to go along with their tricks. From 9:30a.m. to 5p.m. children will trick or treat the Zoo while enjoying Halloween themed activities and entertainment. Be sure to explore the boneyard graveyard.
And, Santa Claus will be at the Zoo for Holiday Wild on Saturday, December 5th and Sunday, December 6th. Their will be polar-riffic activities from 10a.m. to 2p.m. Plus, what's red and swimming with the penguins at Helzberg Penguin Plaza? Santa! Get a one-of-a-kind photo of Santa as penguins torpedo around him. Santa will be diving at 11a.m.
