Whether you love or hate to hear “Kansas City,” maybe it’s time you picked up the mic.
Sing us an original song extolling the virtues and vices of our fair city and you could win fabulous prizes. (OK, they’re not all that fantastic. These are difficult times, after all. And, technically, we haven't determined what the prizes are yet.)
Take a video of yourself performing the song and click the "Submission" tab above to enter. You can submit the song in the following formats: avi, .dv, .mov, .qt, .mp4, .mpeg, .3gp, .asf, .wmv, or .mpg. Maximum file size is 200 MB.
After you’ve uploaded your song, send an e-mail to showtime@kcstar.com and let us know it’s there. We’ll then ask readers to vote on their favorite.
